Our Pillars
-
Members engage in a dynamic educational program, which seamlessly blends key business leadership principles with Israel's startup ecosystem, to better understand Israel’s pivotal role within the broader economic framework.
The educational program sessions are led by qualified individuals within the club. The program grants new members the opportunity to identify areas of interest, with the eventual goal of preparing students to join either the Consulting or Fund track. It also has a professional development component, which teaches members how to develop a LinkedIn profile, enhance a resume, and learn more about job recruitment.
-
Members chose to join student-led consulting teams, which partner with real Israeli-startup companies, advising them on potential solutions to problems facing their business.
TAMID at Cornell offers consulting services for some of the most innovative Israeli-start-ups. Our consulting teams have a project point of contact at these companies in order to produce deliverables such as competitor analysis, market strategies, market analysis and research, etc.
Whether in the role of Analyst or Project Manager, the consulting track allows students to get hands-on experience working with real companies. In doing so, students will gain personal and professional skills that will stay with them in their future business endeavors.
At the end of the semester, students will present their final deliverables to the company in addition to the rest of the club, showing their hard work from the past few months. Our ultimate goal is that we provide start-ups with tangible advice and strategies on how to better improve their company.

The Investment Fund program provides members with the foundational tools necessary to navigate the finance world.
As part of the fund team, members participate in stock pitch and M&A competitions against other TAMID chapters. Pitches are judged by investment professionals at the world’s leading financial institutions and winning stock pitches will have their recommended trades executed in the $60,000 TAMID Global Portfolio.
Members also will participate in both technical training and professional development to prepare individuals for internship recruitment.

The TAMID fellowship is an eight-week summer internship program in Israel. Once accepted to the program, TAMID helps place participants in internship positions that align with their specific interests. Not only does the program provide fellows with the incredible opportunity to work with top-notch companies in Israel, but it also allows students to experience Israel through an exciting new lens. Participants of the fellowship live in Tel Aviv, immersed in Israeli culture, and surrounded by other TAMID fellows from chapters across the county. It doesn’t get much better than living right by the beach with friends and having the ability to travel exciting places throughout Israel, all while working in the startup-capital of the world!
